To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (such as opened tallow) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
